Any missing items must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery. Photos are taken at time of delivery and will act as proof of delivery. Stock items can be shipped within 48 hours from date of purchase. Returns are only accepted if in original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items can not be accepted if dirty from being left unside. A Restocking fee of 20% applies for returns if it from a change of mind or over orders. Replacement items will be provided for any defective items.
Items will be delivered by our trucks for deliveries around Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. A third party freight provider is used for areas outside of these areas. As the items are generally bulky the items can only be delivered close by the truck in front yard of the property. Fencing can not be delivered or placed in rear yards unless vehicle access is available.
